
is the Co-Founder and Program Director of Back Bay Water Polo, overseeing administration, member management, equipment, coach mentorship, and automated services. He has led various teams to the medal rounds of USAWP Junior Olympics twelve times.
Since 2017, Coach Jesse has been the Head Coach of University High School's Girls and Boys programs, transforming them into annual league contenders. His boys' teams have won a Pacific Coast League Championship and finished as runner-up, while his girls' teams have been league runner-ups twice. He has led the teams to CIF qualification seven times, earning the Orange County Register Coach-of-the-Year award in 2021.
Additionally, Coach Jesse has won four South Coast Swim Conference Championships with the Newport Hills Swim Team. He competed in water polo and swimming at UC Irvine, achieving top finishes in NCAA and Big West Conference competitions. In high school, he earned multiple All-American, All-CIF, and First-Team All-League honors.
Notable players coached by Jesse include Olympian Maddie Musselman, NCAA champions, and athletes from top universities like Stanford, Cal, UCLA, and USC.

Coach Michelle swam Varsity for UCI from 1995-1999. She was previously Assistant Head Swim Coach for the UCI Men’s and Women’s Swim Team from 2002-2007. In addition, she spent 2000-2003 as Head Coach of a summer league swim club in Turtle Rock where her team successfully competed in the Irvine Swim league. Michelle received her teaching credential in 2008 and has been an elementary school teacher since then. Some of Michelle’s collegiate highlights include: Athletic Scholarship all four years, Dean’s List, Big West Conference Scholar-Athlete, Most Valuable Freshman, and Team Captain and Most Valuable Player her senior year. Most recently, Michelle was named Most Inspirational Coach by Maddie Musselman, 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist in Women’s Water Polo. Michelle emphasizes stroke technique and implements a workout program which provides technical instruction on a per-stroke basis.
