Swim All Year Programs

SPRING SWIM

Spring Swim session is designed to improve stroke technique as well as swim conditioning for children of all ages. It will focus on continuing to build endurance as well as fine tuning stroke technique. These sessions set the foundation for the fundamentals of swimming, which will prepare swimmers for competition season. It gives the swimmers a strong base going into summer swim team.

MINI-WHALES (Part of Spring Swim)

Mini Whales program is designed for swimmers who are water safe already, but are looking for a little extra hands on technique to get them ready for summer swim team. These classes will enforce correct stroke technique and will help build endurance and get the next generation of NHST ready for group swim and competitions. This class runs during our spring season. For ages 3-5 years old. 

FALL SWIM

Fall Swim is a great opportunity to continue improving technique as well as build endurance. It sets the tone for high school swim, and swim team next spring/summer.

Registration opens in August of each year and starts in early September 

WINTER SWIM

Winter session is designed to improve stroke technique as well as swim conditioning for children of all ages. It will focus on continuing to build endurance as well as fine tuning stroke technique. These sessions set the foundation for the fundamentals of swimming, which will prepare swimmers for competition season. It gives the swimmers a strong base going into spring swim.
