Welcome to the NEWPORT HILLS SWIM TEAM registration platform for our upcoming Summer swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily register and maintain your own contact information, volunteer commitments, and more.

We highly recommend downloading the Swimtopia mobile app for a personalized view of your family’s meet entries, volunteer signups and swim history. We highly recommend upgrading your SwimTopia account as you will then be able to get live updates of your swimmers during meets.

Registration Fees:

• Swimmers ages 5-12: $475 for the first two swimmers, $450 for the next two swimmers, and $200 for each additional swimmer in this age group.
• Swimmers ages 13-14: $250
• Swimmers ages 15-18: FREE

Out of Area Fee: A fee of $75 for each swimmer must be added to all registration fees if the household address is NOT in Phase II of Harbor View Homes (NHCA). Registration will not be processed without the correct fee applied. Please note that this fee must be paid by Harbor View Phase I and Phase III residents as well.

Refund Policy: Refund of registration fees will be honored through April 20, 2026, less a $75 cancellation fee. AFTER THAT DATE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

There is also no pro-rating of fees for partial attendance due to either absences or weather. No refunds or credits will be given for accidents or injuries.

Method of Payment: Registration fees may be paid online with a credit card (Mastercard, AMEX or Visa) when you register your child.

Age & Skill Requirements: Swimmers must be at least 4 years of age and under 18 years of age by June 1, 2026. New swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool (25 yards) independently. Volunteer Requirements: Our team cannot be successful without our families! We will open up registration for volunteer positions on April 22nd when each family can then sign up to support activities that take place during swim meets.
