This program is designed for swimmers who are at least 3 years old by March 17th and are interested in joining NHST but need hands on corrections. The swimmer must be water safe, meaning the swimmer can float, face up and face down and propel themselves unassisted a minimum of 12.5 yards. These classes will TEACH correct stroke technique and will help build endurance. 

The goal is to prepare these little ones to swim THE LENGTH OF the pool REPEATEDLY and feel confident to be a Killer Whale on the NHST summer league swim team IN THE FUTURE.

MARCH 18 - APRIL 10:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

LEVEL I: 3:00 - 3:30 pm

* child is water safe, but does not know any strokes

LEVEL II: 3:30 - 4:00 pm

* knows freestyle and can take breaths on their own

Registration will open FEBRUARY 15th!

Program fees are $150 per swimmer with additional fees if you are out of neighborhood.
