NHST Winter swim helps build confident swimmers year round. 

This group will also help prepare swimmers for spring swim & summer swim team focusing on  skill development and stroke technique. 

Location: AT THE FULLY RENOVATED PHASE II POOL

JANUARY 4 -  MARCH 11:

*Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

PRACTICE TIMES: 

3:30 - 4:30 PM

All Swimmers! We will split age groups by lanes and have the 5/6ers end at 4:15PM.

• Cost of the program: $TBD per swimmer
• If you do not live in Phase II (NHCA), a fee of $TBD per swimmer is to be included in your payment
