• Sign in to your SwimTopia account. 
  • The log in is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
    If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
• Click on the Calendar tab
• Click the green JOB SIGNUP OPEN button next to the meet or event you want to sign up for.
• Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button for either Parent's name.
• A list of jobs will appear.

The list shows the job name (including 1st half or 2nd half), number of people needed for each job, and also the point value for each job.

Hover over the black circle next to each job to see a description.

If a job is completely filled, it will be grayed out.

• Check the box next to the job(s) you want.
• Click SAVE ASSIGNMENTS at the bottom to finish your selection. Failure to do so will erase your selections.
• The next screen will confirm the job you have signed up for.
• Click the SIGN-UP FOR JOBS button again if you need to change something.
• Repeat the above steps for signing up for each of your shifts to total four points.
• Add your family’s chosen assignments into your personal calendar so there’s no forgetting!
