• Volunteer Shift - 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

At the Pentathlon, swimmers will participate in each individual events for their respective age groups. This allows swimmers to have a “dress rehearsal” before our first official meet and show off all the hard work they and the coaches have been putting into practices. Swimmers must be checked in and ready for warm-up as follows:

9:45 check in (11&Up) (10-10:20 warm up) 

11:15 check in 7/8&9/10 (11:30-11:50 warm up) 

11:30 check in 5/6 (no warm up)

Swimmer line-ups will be posted on the pool deck on Friday during practice. Volunteer information will be sent out in a separate email later this week.
